Inspect3D Software Usage Service
This service provides access to the Thermo Scientific Inspect3D software, which is used for image alignment in tomography series, particularly in life science and biomedical research. Through this service, users may utilize the licensed Inspect3D software—refer toThermo Fisher’s official page for product details.
For internal BRIN users, the service is available via ELSA points and can be accessed on designated computers located in the Cryo-EM laboratory, 1st floor of the Genomics Building, Soekarno Science and Technology Area (KST), Cibinong – Bogor.
For external users, the service is contractual and subject to PNBP (Non-Tax State Revenue) charges. Pricing will be determined upon request submission.
Note: To facilitate service verification, users must provide the tomography ID number associated with the dataset to be processed in Inspect3D.
